Job description
Pure are delighted to be working exclusively with a growing business based in Central Essex looking for an experience payroller. This is a hybrid position in a great culture and environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accurate and timely end-to-end payroll production for a multi-site multi entity group.
- Ensure all payroll deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
- Help to develop and maintain best-in-class policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on team and business Key Performance Indicators.
- Help ensure statutory, legislative and regulatory compliance.
- Develop relationships with managers and partners. Providing guidance and support to the wider business.
- Assist with the implementation and development of the new HR, T&A and Payroll systems.
- Assist with compliance of P11D, IR35 and Self Employment regulations.
- Liaise regularly with peers to understand and meet their current and future people related administration requirements.
- Be point of contact for external audit on payroll matters.
- Understand the calculation of revenue share for self-employed clinicians and play an active part in the payments to these workers.

- IT Literacy - you need to be comfortable with IT systems and working with data (you should have at least intermediate-level Excel)

- Commercial acumen
This is a hybrid role with 2 days based in the office.
