Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP) required to work for Principal Contractor JV on High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme. Contract - 6 month initially (Outside IR35) Based North West LondonRate negotiable depsning on relevant experince. Suitable candidates must have previous experience working on major MEP Infrastructure/Rail Projects. Senior QS main duties: Responsibilities Main Contract management and administration. Supply chain management (including supply chain contract administration). Commercial document control. Cost capture and control including CVR and other change management forms. Commercial reporting. Change Control. Measurement. Project metrics reporting . Assisting the commercial manager in ensuring the necessary internal and external periodic valuations and reports are prepared and issued in line with deadlines. Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained in line with the contract requirements and oversee any contractual issues. Experience Required Degree Qualified Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Must have experience in working complex MEP Works. Must have NEC experience Experience in managing others and working in large teams Excellent organizational and leadership skills Measurement skills
