Job description
What you will do in your working day
- Review all Project Processes on a regular basis and amend where necessary
- Generate weekly project reports for all levels of the business
- Complete project set ups in accordance with the ITM QMS standards
- Analyse Central Change Control Log for patterns & trends and report to Head of PMO
- Analyse project margins to identify cost overspend
The training you will be getting
- Business Administration Apprencticeship (Level 3)
- The training will be one day a week or can be completed an hour a day
- The apprenticeship training will be online
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- Apprenticeship will develop into a PMO Administrator role
- Potential to complete follow on Project Management qualifications
