The Role:
Real Estate Development Senior Associate/HOD: Lead and contribute to the growth and development of our commercial property team, with a focus on supervision, knowledge sharing, and shaping the future of our practice.
Client Diversity: Work with a broad spectrum of clients, including developers, investors, retailers, lending institutions, and more.
No Client Following Required: Join a team with existing work, offering a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role without the need for a client following.
Requirements:
Experience: 6+ years as a Real Estate Development Senior Associate/HOD.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business development.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities are a must.
