Job description
One of my premier clients approached me this morning and asked me to find a Construction Manager for a project based in the City of London for around 32 weeks on a freelance basis to start ASAP.
The project is a large office refurbishment with structural alterations worth £45m.
Right now they need a Construction Manager to look after the commercial fit out of the project as the site team have already stripped the existing structure back.
You will need previous commercial fit out of project experience ideally over £20m to be successful in applying for the role.
