Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial aspects related to property development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Utilise Sage for efficient financial management.
- Transition towards a paperless system for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to streamline financial processes.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls for financial activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller.
- Expertise in using Sage for financial management.
- Familiarity with paperless systems is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, thoroughness, and a solutions–focused mindset.
- Customer–focused approach with the ability to work in a fast–paced environment.
- Positive teamwork mentality, committed to effective communication and shared goals.
- UK–based with specific finance experience in the UK.
- Desirable: Experience in the property development sector.
