An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and experienced 24hr Practice in Berkshire. You will be joining a talented team of Vets to provide the best customer care to their clients and their animals.
The reputable Practice is a brand-new practice opening in Berkshire and are in their search for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to head up the clinical team. They are a very well-equipped practice with ongoing investment in practice facilities. My client also pride themselves on a progressive, forward thinking outlook as they seek to challenge accepted norms in Veterinary practice.
The Practice is situated in a beautiful large town in Berkshire, between Westley and Walcot with several fantastic shopping facilities nearby. They are also a commutable distance away from Shaw Forest Park. The Practice also have state-of-the-art facilities including digital x-ray, in-house blood testing, dental suite, and advanced anaesthetic monitoring.
The Package:
• Salary is competitive up to £70,000 per annum
• Share options in the group included when you join the team
• CPD allowance of £1,600
• Certificates actively encouraged and funded
• Holidays equivalent to 5 weeks
• RCVS + VDS fees paid
• Workplace Pension contribution
The Role:
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• 4-day week
• No OOHs
• 1:4 weekends
The Candidate:
• The ideal candidate will be a confident, enthusiastic surgeon with an exciting vision for the practice.
• Ideally the candidate will have previous experience of running an experienced team of vets.
