The College is currently inviting applications from experienced and suitably qualified candidates for the role of Human Resources Manager. We are looking for an exceptional communicator in a role that offers strategic and operational input. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the HR function at the College.
It is an exciting time for CLC with an increased demand for enrolments, a series of refurbishments, having just completed (Podcast Studio, two Art Studios and Year Level Cohort Spaces) and a new major building due for completion mid-year. There is a lot to celebrate and share with our community.

Conditions
Conditions are as per the Catholic Education Multi Employer Agreement 2022. This position is an ongoing full-time position and attracts seven weeks' school holidays, with a commencement date in April. The College reserves the right to make an appointment at any time during the recruitment process.
