Job description
Invogue, a leading brand owner in the beauty industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Development Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Product Development Assistant, you will play a vital role in the creation and development of new products across our portfolio of brands. You will work closely with the Product Development team to bring innovative and high-quality beauty products to market.
This is an office-based role and requires you to be based at our headquarters in Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of product development strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the beauty industry
- Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source and develop new product formulations and packaging
- Assist in the creation of product briefs and specifications
- Coordinate product sampling and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Quality Control
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior experience in product development or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Passion for the beauty industry and staying up-to-date with industry trends
