Job description
A unique opportunity has arisen at a senior level for a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist.
This Manchester headquatered business has grown significantly in recent years and the legal division has attracted many high calibre lawyers from top Legal 100 and boutique corporate practices.
Dealing with a diverse caseloal of commercial disputes, instructions will include:
• Commercial Contracts
• Corporate & Shareholder Disputes
• Director breaches
• Partnership Disputes
• Enforcement & Recoveries
You will be responsible for leading and developing the commercial litigation team in what is a period of strategic expansion. Whilst the role requires someone with gravitas and leadership skills to drive a team, this opportunity does not require a personal following.
The working environment is vibrant and engaging. The management team provides autonomy to trusted and capable lawyers, who work collaboratively together. There is flexibility and a hybrid working policy in place.
