Grafton Banks Finance is pleased to be supporting well known international Commercial company with offices in several locations in the south of England, recruiting a Finance Business Partner. This growing organisation offers outstanding benefits and largely remote working (with occasional office meetings). The main focus of the role will be on providing business partnering and financial modelling support to the Heads of Departments.
The role holder will work with the senior leaders to assess and support financial performance, challenging where necessary to achieve greater efficiency and proactively bring insights to help drive business performance and decision making.
Other responsibilities include:
Support the global budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning cycles Business Partner with key stakeholders and budget holders Support the UK finance team in continual development of improved analysis, insight and reporting Preparation of Management and Board presentations and reports as required This is a critical, end to end Finance role ranging from best practice accounting and transaction management to strategic financial guidance and analysis.
The successful candidate will need to be:
An actively studying Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with Strong financial modelling skills, ideally from a multi-site group and Demonstrable experience in data analysis, problem-solving skills, planning and forecasting as well as the ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
