The Project Manager's Role:
The appointed Project Manager will oversee a range of projects from inception to completion, ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will be instrumental in steering the company's growth, especially in projects that involve Design & Build processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure a comprehensive approach to new builds and refurbishments.
- Coordinate staff and subcontractors, ensuring all parties are aligned with the project's timeline and quality expectations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the company's growth by leveraging Design & Build experience to enhance project outcomes.
Required Experience:
- Solid experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a proven track record in new builds and refurbishments.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Design & Build experience is highly regarded and will significantly enhance your application.
- Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in Construction Management or related fields.
