This Legal Counsel role is a key position within a thriving Technology business, providing legal support and advising on legal matters related to both domestic and international operations.

Description - Provide legal advice and support to various teams within the company.
- Participate in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and agreements.
- Draft, negotiate, amend and review a wide range of legal documents including master services agreements and service orders, software licenses, consultancy and confidentiality agreements.
- Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies.
- Ensure legal compliance in all operations, both domestically and internationally.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Assist with M&A transactions and other corporate matters.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors for specialised advice.
- Provide training to company staff on legal matters affecting their roles.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation that may affect the company.
Profile The successful Legal Counsel should have:
- Proven appreciation of expectations in a legal role within a corporate environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge of dealing with a range of commercial contracts.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Job Offer - An annual salary ranging from £65,000 to £80,000, DOE.
