Financial Reporting Analyst working for a FSTE100 business in the Group Reporting & Financial Control Team. As a Financial Reporting Assistant in the Group Reporting and Financial Control team.
Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the finance team of a FTSE 100 company in Milton Keynes as a Financial Reporting Analyst.
Role As a Financial Reporting Assistant in the Group Reporting and Financial Control team, you will be involved in everything from monthly management accounts and statutory reporting, financial analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, banking, regulatory reporting and more.
Key responsibilities include: - Produce and analyse month end accounts
- Preparing bank reconciliations
- Reconciling and analysing balance sheet accounts
- Dealing with auditor queries and maintaining audit files
- Looking for ways to continuously improve processes
- Reporting on processes and controls
The ideal candidate: - Wants to train to become a qualified accountant whilst learning on-the-job
- Has an organised approach and is able to review their own work and take responsibility for end results
- Has excellent communication skills and can discuss matters clearly and confidently
- Team player and willing to be apart of success of a finance team
