This business is going through a really exciting time and a huge period of growth. This role would suit an experienced financial services administrator.

Job Description

This Pensions Administrator role will include the following:

• Handle administration and case processing via email, phone, and letter.
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the Team Manager.
• Maintain quality control and follow processes, systems, targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Proactively provide excellent service to all stakeholders, understanding their requirements and keeping them updated.
• Work professionally and positively, aligned with role competencies.
• Support positive outcomes for pension scheme members.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will require the following:

• Experience working within the financial services sector
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
