Team Manager - Child Protection Team - Assistant Team Managers/Advanced Practitioners Considered - Pay Rate up to £54,000
Requirements:
NonStop's client, a Local Authority in South West London, is looking for Team Manager who can join their Child Protection and Assessment Teams on a permanent basis, provide the operational management and leadership support across the service. They are offering a support package to enable Assistant Team Managers or Senior Practitioners to step into management. You will also work alongside very experienced Team Managers that will also be there to support the new Manager.
It will give you the chance to widen your skills and enhance your professional profile. You will be working in a convenient location with good transport links making your journey to work simple. You will be working in a smaller team with a great supportive environment.
The Service has seven teams, and you will be joining a management team that is ready for the challenge to move to a Brief Intervention Model. Your teams have 5 social workers with manageable caseloads and a range of specialists to help you and your team make a difference.
You will be a qualified and registered social worker, with a proven track record of successfully managing a team or you may be looking for your first move into management.
