Group Aftersales Manager
- Starting salary up to £40,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience) + bonus
- 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Group Aftersales Manager required for Automotive well-established and thriving multi-franchise vehicle dealership in the Yeovil / Somerset area.
Our Client is currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership, managing across two different sites.

- An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
- A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
- Strong Technical knowledge
- An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities of the Group Aftersales Manager for our Client
- Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
- Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
- Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
- Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
The salary for this Group Aftersales Manager position is £40,000 basic with a potential OTE of £50,000.
The hours of work within this Aftersales Manager role are 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday.
