As a Hand Therapist at Chichester Hospital, you will manage a complex clinical caseload of hand therapy patients referred from Consultants, GP's, PMI's or self referrals, as well as post-operative patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, AHP's and consultants, playing a key role in helping our patients recover to the level of health and wellbeing that they aspire to. You will liaise closely with our orthopaedic hand surgeons, running clinics alongside them.

You will be expected to exercise a high degree of professional autonomy and integrity along with excellent communication skills and participate and provide support to the national Nuffield Health Hand Therapy network with regular supervision sessions.

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is a 30 bedded, CQC 'outstanding' rated hospital within walking distance of the city centre with free onsite car parking.

We care for patients needing treatment within the specialties of orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, ophthalmology max fax, and pain. We provide outpatient services for dermatology, cardiology, neurology, and rheumatology. Our physiotherapy department treats patients at both the hospital and the Nuffield Health fitness and wellbeing centre at Chichester Gate.
