A forward-thinking financial advisory firm is actively seeking experienced Independent Financial Advisers to join their growing team. They have ambitious plans for growth, technological innovation and exciting opportunities for advisers looking to make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Information:
Team Expansion and Acquisition: The firm is on a growth trajectory and aims to expand by acquiring advisers with established client books. Recently acquired a book of £100M from a retiring adviser, opening the door to potential buyouts and providing a strong foundation for our continued success.
Technological Innovation: Committed to becoming a tech-heavy firm and has developed a cutting-edge CRM system. Their proprietary technology enhances efficiency and client service, ensuring that the advisers have the tools they need to excel.
Flexible / Remote Setup: With a presence in both London and Colchester, they are open to advisers from various locations, with advisers given the flexibility of remote working.
Employment Packages: Flexibility in employment arrangements. Advisers with an existing client bank can enjoy an employed package. For those without an established book, a self-employed arrangement is initially offered, transitioning to an employed package once the adviser has established themselves. This approach aims to safeguard both the adviser and the business.
Bonus Structure: Tied to ongoing and new business, ensuring that advisers are recognised and incentivised for their contributions.
DFM Utilization: Discretionary fund manager (DFM) to enhance investment strategies and outcomes for clients.
Admin Support: Administrative support is available out of the Colchester office. Admin resources will be allocated based on adviser acquisition
