Job description
Your mission
- Manage client projects using current project management methodologies.
- Ensure safe and secure ingress to venues by understanding technical and process considerations of major venues.
- Oversee the technical aspects of successful ticketing and stadium entry.
- Provide operational support for live systems, including pre-event checks and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams as part of the project management team.
- Offer industry feedback to enhance the success of the stadium segment globally.
- Handle on-site and remote processing of entry phases (access management) for events.
- Advise customers on software, hardware, and integration issues.
- Maintain close customer contact and provide user training and support.
- Implement best practices and optimize stadium entry processes.
Your profile
- Technical education and vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, IT).
- Strong organizational skills with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Stress-resistant with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with common MS Office and productivity tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Atlassian Jira is advantageous.
- Skilled in professional presentations and customer training.
- Passion for sports and events (e.g., football, rugby, concerts, cricket, F1).
- Clean driver's license.
- Willingness to travel (approximately 30-50% within the UK).
