Job description
A Finance Controller is required in the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry. The successful candidate will be part of the Accounting & Finance department and must have relevant skills to navigate the complexities of the job.
Client Details Our client is a leading player in the logistics, distribution, and supply chain industry. They have a substantial team and serve clients worldwide from their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company that has established a significant footprint in its sector.
Description - Oversee financial reporting for European entities. $3m to £20m Turnover.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping across entities & lead month-end close.
- Analyse financial performance & reconcile accounts.
- Partner with Group Controller to improve financial controls.
- Support budgeting/forecasting & external audits.
- Prepare statutory accounts & regulatory filings.
- Provide tax analysis & contribute to ad-hoc projects.
Profile - Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proficiency in financial software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage a team and work collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Job Offer - Day Rate of £400 - £450.
