Responsibilities
- Product Management: Lead products from inception through completion, utilising exceptional stakeholder management and product management skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team, including Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, UX and Data to deliver critical product development and projects.
- Roadmap Establishment: Establish roadmaps and milestones, anticipating and managing risks, and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Product Launches: Oversee product launches, communication forums, and the establishment of artifacts, reporting formats, and tools to scale high-quality product development operations.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Become a trustful and reliable partner to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Interest and Understanding: A must-have is a genuine interest and understanding of Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency, or Blockchain.
- Experience: Solid amount of experience working as a product manager or in a similar role within a Crypto / Blockchain company
- Product Development: Proven experience in coordinating the full lifecycle of product development, including launching features to consumers, through frontend and backend platform development.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Demonstrated expertise in working with and coordinating operations cross-functional and interdisciplinary working groups (e.g., product management, engineering, data, design, etc.).
- Analytical Skills: Tenacious, self-starter with an ability to thrive in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and distill them into actionable project plans.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver the right message to each stakeholder.
- Adaptability: Energy and patience to work in a dynamic team and rapidly growing industry, while applying a methodical and analytical mindset.
- Simplification: Ability to simplify operational and informational complexity, delivering clarity in the right message.
- Problem Solving: Ability to exercise technical and product judgment in solving roadblocks.
- Team Integration: Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
