Job description
We are looking for an Assitant Manager for one of our Central London boutiques.
As Assistant Manager you will act as a vital link between the store Manager and the stylists , driving sales and service.
You will need to :
.Inspire, coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
.Mantain excellent product knowledge.
.Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager , ensuring that store , sales and KPIs are consistently met.
.Ensure that the shopfloor appearance is kept to high standard and that our VM is up to date and in line with corporate guidelines.
. Ability to lead and inspire others
. Ability to work in fast-paced demanding retail environment with and enthusiastic , flexible attitude.
. Previous experience ideally within fashion retail, together with strong leadership skills , attention to details and a positive attitude are essential for the role.
. Customer centric with a positive ,can do attitude.
