Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator looking to work for Triple Star Fire and Security who are a successful company based in Orpington. This role will allow you to utilise your Administration skills to your full potential as well as working alongside a motivated and friendly team.
The successful individual to this position must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, budget their own time well, interact professionally with all members of a company and its client and supply chain base, and be very good communicators.
Duties:
Manage workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
Managing jobs through our service management solution.
Dealing with engineer’s requirements for job information, stock replenishing.
Implement and monitor programmes as directed by management and see the programmes through to completion.
Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed.
Liaison with clients, residents, and contractors as and when required, ensuring we maintain good client relations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Understanding of office management systems
Competent understanding of Microsoft Office tools particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
1 Years Administrative experience
