4Site is looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Residential new build and refurbishment sector to join our client based in London.

Our client has been established for over 15 years, specialising in prime residential refurbishments and one–off new builds throughout prestigious areas of London. Our client has built a reputation for quality across projects valued up to GBP5m, and they are about to start another 2 projects in the coming months.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Experience as a Project Manager in the high–end/prime residential refurbishment sector
• Experience working for a main contractor
• In–depth knowledge of the construction process
• Confidence to be client–facing
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy with the ability to read and write programs
