Job description
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work for a company based in Southampton. Salary & Terms * Base salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience. * Performance-based bonuses. * Hybrid role, 2 days in office, 3 days work from home. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plans. Role & Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives. * Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of our products or services. * Proactively engage with clients to understand their challenges, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional value. * Monitor client satisfaction and engagement levels, conducting regular check-ins and gathering feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for clients' needs, resolve issues, and drive product enhancements or customizations to meet client requirements. Minimum requirements: * 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
