We are currently seeking a Body Shop/Collision Manager for our CSN Formula location who takes pride in motivating and leading a team to achievement. This individual will be reporting to the Collision Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performance Body Shop Department team
• Promote methods for improving and maintaining employee happiness, motivation, and well-being
• Responsible for ensuring profitability of the Body Shop department
• Ongoing collaboration and communication with other department leaders
• Planning and executing objectives, goals and growth strategies
• Maintain accurate repair order flow to satisfy shop and customer requirements
• Oversee all aspects of the repair process, ensuring that work is completed to industry standards and meets customer satisfaction goals.
• Perform quality inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Supporting and motivating team members, developing a positive work environment
• Assigning and monitoring job tasks and providing overall support to technicians, and other shop employees
• Manage and schedule the current capacity of repair, maintenance, refurbishment bays, service equipment, and tools for optimal use
• Prepare and present regular reports on department performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive repair experience. Resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications:

• Previous leadership and managerial experience retail within an automotive dealership required
• Previous experience working in a collision center required
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment, and repair practices and procedures
• Post-Secondary Education Preferred
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license
