What you will do in your working day

As a Data & Digital Transformation Apprentice within Commercial Insurance, you’ll work alongside a growing, talented team, developing digital solutions with proven business results. You’ll gain the skills and knowledge to manage digital projects including automation through the full lifecycle, from identification, design, building, testing and delivery. You'll also get to spend time in our London office. 

What can I look forward to? 

Working with experienced teams to understand the Commercial Business 
Document existing manual processes, scope and design digital solutions 
Build automated processes using Blue Prism, RPA applications and Power Platforms 
Assist in a supporting role on larger projects using data driven solutions, API and AI technology 
Complete end to end User Acceptance Testing 
Providing business updates and support using language that ensures non-technical experts can understand and articulate progress at each stage of the delivery 
Share the benefits and business impact that automated solutions are providing to the wider Zurich community, through business project calls, or posting on our internal workplace 
Support digital transformation change projects
