Are you looking for a new Marketing and Communications role that will allow you to develop and enhance your existing experience. Join our new Client Club Marketing Services. You will be responsible for the design and circulation of creative and insightful communications for clients and members, on the range of services and products available. You will performance manage marketing initiatives via analytics, business insights, surveys and SEO, so a sound understanding of data management and analysis required.

This is a really exciting opportunity to work with other professionals to promote and engage with big brands and local businesses.

Working with the Managing Director to set the marketing strategy and the Marketing Executive and Business Development Team to deliver same, this is a real team-work environment responding to challenges and setting goals. You will have line management responsibilities for the Marketing Executive.

KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Implement a Marketing strategy in line with business aims.

• Design and order flyers, leaflets, roller banners, POS items etc.

• Create content for emails, social media, magazine articles, digital brochures etc.

• Manage social media presence

• Analyse marketing data and produce reports with business insights.

• Liaise with an external web developer to manage and develop our platforms.

• Conduct member surveys to gain insights into overall usage and experience.

• Attend annual client and industry events.

• Deliver online presentations on an ad-hoc basis.

• Lead the marketing team.

• Working towards the team objective of obtaining repeat business and showcasing the full range of services offered by the business.

We are looking for candidates that meet the following essential criteria:

• Educated to degree level, preferably marketing/comms related

• 2 years’ experience in similar role

• Experience of managing staff

• Print & Digital Design (Adobe Suite - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Data Handling/ Analytics

• Social Media Marketing Techniques

• Copywriting

• Experience of working in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Preference will be given to candidates that meet the desirable criteria:

• Qualified member status of the CIM

• Website & app content Management

• Marketing Strategy

• CRM

• Canva

• Sales experience

• SEO

The post is office based in East Belfast, with potential for hybrid working following induction and training. Free parking on site with travel required on ad hoc basis across NI and Ireland.

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience

Monday to Friday – 1700. Flexible working pattern on request.
