Job description
We have a great opportunity for a positive, growth-driven Marketing Manager with a good work ethic and experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to support sales activities to join our exciting team to grow the D2C website via brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Whilst supporting the Marketing Director across all marketing activities, the successful applicant will oversee all marketing activities & promotional events, ensuring they are executed to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer retention and customer acquisition.
- Implement strategies to attract and convert new customers, analysing data to optimise performance.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar that aligns with business objectives and product launches alongside the Marketing Director.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing channels with our advertsiing agency.
- Oversee all organic social media, email, and any other online advertising.
- Manage & create engaging seasonal catalogues with our Marketing Executive to reach our target audience.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve marketing goals.
- Take a lead role in planning and executing photoshoots to capture high-quality visuals for marketing materials. Ensure that the visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetics and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of marketing material, including content, graphics, and other materials. Maintain consistency and coherence in brand messaging across all marketing materials.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, and competitor activities.
Skills & Knowledge:
- An understanding of Google Analytics & ROI reporting.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent project management and organisation skills
- Experience in performance & brand marketing
- A keen eye for detail and reviewing marketing collateral and content
- Proactive approach and keen to take on new tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work well as part of a small growing team
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Proficiency in creating and executing marketing plans
- Experience with digital marketing channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Experience in the fashion industry
