Responsibilities for the Production Team Leader
- As the Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our late shift operations.
- Your role is pivotal, overseeing a team of 20 operators and ensuring seamless coordination in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- With your expert leadership, you'll inspire excellence, drive productivity, and uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Have an eye for continuous improvement, introducing process improvements and being hand’s on in their implementation.
Requirements for the Production Team Leader
- Are you a seasoned leader with over 4 years of experience in a team leadership role?
- Do you thrive in dynamic manufacturing settings, where every second counts?
- Proven track record in effective team leadership, ensuring production targets are hit on time.
- Automotive experience is a plus, along with any experience in a highly regulated industry.
- This is working on the late shift, with the hours being Mon - Thurs: 1:30pm - 10:00pm. Fri: 12:00 - 7:00pm.
