About the Support Worker role:
Hourly Rate: £11 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Shift Location: Redcar
Shifts Available: Days 08.00 - 20.00 Nights 20.00 - 08.00
Speciality: Complex Care

Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in the area of Redcar supporting a male in his own home who has spinal injury, brain injury and autism. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care.
Carers MUST be happy to work with Animals
Theory and practical training will be provided to ensure you have the correct skills to support this individual. This will give you the opportunity to learn new skills and develop your career as a Support Worker.
Duties for this Support Worker role
Ensure all medical needs are seen throughout the day
Support with manual handling and personal care
Support when out in the community and to be as independent as possible
Ensuring the home is clean and tidy
Applicant requirements:
The enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
To be willing to embrace the goals she wants to achieve
Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
Able to work in the UK and can show documents
Full enhanced DBS
