Supply Chain Solutions Manager Our Supply Chain function has a new and exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Solutions Manager to join the expanding team, responsible for designing and optimising our supply chain solutions and processes. Working closely with the leadership team of Supply Chain & Distribution, you will be responsible for the shaping and design of new solutions & projects. About the Role As a Supply Chain Solutions Manager, you will coordinate the gathering of complex business requirements, ensuring that the designed solutions meet our business needs. You will be responsible for the initiation phase of projects, ensuring that a comprehensive project initiation document (PID) is handed over to the project management team to deliver. To be successful in this role, you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, IT, Buying & Merchandising, Retail, and more, to develop innovative solutions that enhance our supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. You will manage a Business Analyst who will be responsible for capturing requirements, producing high level user stories, developing as-is & to-be process flows and producing all documentation associated with new solutions design. You will have responsibility for the quality and accuracy of these documents to ensure the success of all solutions. About You You will be someone who possesses strong influencing and negotiation skills, to ensure that solutions developed by internal teams or external 3rd party suppliers are effective and meet the requirements of the business. You will also have strong experience in managing project design & shaping experience in a senior supply chain role with a focus on strategic planning, innovation and process optimization. As well as this, you will possess an analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
