CCTV Control Room Assistant Manager – Security
Telford
£12.50 – £12.75 per hour
Full Time, Permanent
Our client is looking for a driven and experienced CCTV Control Room Assistant Manager, ideally someone who has experience in an Operations room within the Emergency Services or Military.
Our Client
They are an established Security company based in Telford, Shropshire. They have held the governing body Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme accreditation for 10 years, placing them in the top 10% of Security companies nationally.
They provide clients with services including Security Officers, Mobile Patrols, Key Holding and the installation and monitoring of CCTV and Alarm systems. They have a purpose-built operations room which is the hub of their activities where supervisors not only manage and support all shift activities and sites but monitor 50 CCTV screens.
They have recently launched a monitoring and tracking station which supposes and reports on client activities globally.
The Role
As the CCTV Control Room Assistant Manager you will report directly to the Managing DIrector. You will manage the Operations Room Activities including the Monitoring and Tracking station and support the day-to-day running of our clients operations including:
The position will involve a shift rotation which you will share with two other Assistant Operations Managers where collectively you will be providing 24/7 cover.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will live locally to Telford and have previously worked in an active Operations Room, either with the Military or Emergency Services and possess a valid SIA License. As site / client visits may also be required in support of operations a UK
Driving License would also be recommended.
Hourly rate £12:50 – £12:75 (depending on experience) for a probation period of 3 months, and on the successful completion elevated to £13:00+. Additionally, there will be a salary review in April annually.
