Job Title: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Central London
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Full time
What we need:
We are looking for an experienced Fabric maintenance engineer to assist the current team in maintaining our commercial building sites in London. You will be working for one of the leading service providers with many opportunities to improve and develop
Your Key Duties:
Keeping the building in good condition (painting, decorating etc.)
Basic plumbing duties
Routine Planned,preventative maintenance
24/7 reactive maintenance
Potentially participating in the call out rota
Proactively identifying and report faults
Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the Shift Manager and the contract administrator.
Maintain a professional approach and a high standard of customer service
Keeping log book records accurate and up to date
To be flexible working alone when required
Experience needed:
Minimum 3 years commercial building maintenance experience, such as; hospitals, schools, offices etc.
Qualifications:
City & Guilds Level 2 would be a bonus
18th edition or level 2 in electrical would be a bonus
