Job Description
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure HSE compliance
- Implement HSE management systems and policies
- Lead HSE training and awareness programs for team members
- Investigate and report on any HSE incidents
- Ensure all necessary HSE records are maintained and prepared according to established guidelines
- Manage waste and pollution control programs
- Coordinate with external HSE bodies for regular assessments
- Promote a culture of safety within the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful HSE Officer should have:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HSE Officer within a manufacturing environment.
· NEBOSH Certificate ideal
· Experience of working with ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 Management Systems.
· Internal Auditor
· Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
