TheMental Health and Addictions Service aims to reduce the negative consequencesof Alcohol and Drug by working in a collaborative partnership, through theutilisation of person-centered approaches to assessment and treatment.

Day to day thecase manager role plays a critical part in achieving this goal by providing aservice that recognises and respects individual needs and enables people tomake informed choices in respect to treatment options and support to reachtheir potential. Working closely with amulti-disciplinary team this approach is well supported and is opportunity tomake a difference.

Thisrole is based in our small tight-knit multidisciplinary Addictions Team whoutilise the - Strengths Model - approach to assist client recovery.
