Job description

Arc Partnership isa joint venture between Nottinghamshire County Council and SCAPE, formed in2016 to support the council in creating an efficient, safe, and sustainableland and property portfolio.


We deliver multi-disciplinary services and consult, design, build, manage andmaintain on behalf of the council and the communities and people it represents.We provide value for money, quality of output, and customer excellence tosupport regeneration and economic growth, for Nottinghamshire and beyond.

We believe in creatingmeaningful change, and since 2016, we’ve been a strategic partner forNottinghamshire County Council. 

We’re looking for a Site Manager to manage the safe and profitabledelivery of allocated Arc Construction Services projects on-site and to be aneffective member of the Arc Project Team with particular responsibility for themanagement of resources and supply chain on-site. The Site Manager will manageand coordinate projects from the start through to completion, ensuring thatwork is completed to time, quality, within budget and within scope.
