This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of GCSE exams, supporting students as they progress in their educational journey.
Role Overview:
As an Exams & Data Assistant, you will play a key role in facilitating the administration and organisation of GCSE exams. Working closely with school staff, you will ensure that exams are conducted efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exam Administration: Assist in the planning, preparation, and administration of GCSE exams, ensuring all necessary materials are in place and procedures are followed accurately.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students before, during, and after exams, ensuring they feel confident and prepared to perform their best.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of exam attendance, grades, and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with exam board regulations.
- Communication: Liaise with teachers, students, and external stakeholders to communicate exam schedules, procedures, and any relevant updates or changes.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of GCSE Exams: Previous experience or knowledge of GCSE exams and their administration is highly desirable.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing exam logistics effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with students, staff, and external partners.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
