Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our clients team based in St Albans. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing the development of residential properties, from start to finish.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the development of residential properties from start to finish, including site selection, planning, construction, and marketing
• Manage budgets, subcontractors, timelines, and quality control
• Negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers
• Liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in residential development project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
