Senior Retail Sales Advisor
Bournemouth
37.5 hours per week-with the possibility to increase
Circa £24,000 DOE + £2000 sales target bonus + clothing allowance + shared pension scheme

Are you the right person for the job?

• Proven experience in retail management, hospitality or customer service is essential
• Experience in social media and online retail including Adobe photoshop
• Specific experience with Shopify would be highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure
• The desire to achieve and work toward sales targets
• The ability to work under own initiative
• Be conscientious, reliable, and punctual

What will your role as a Senior Retail Sales Assistant look like?

• Providing friendly, helpful, and efficient service to customers
• Operating the till and undertaking cash reconciliation
• Merchandising within the store, displays and windows
• Using PDQ machines
• Using a computerised stock control system
• Maintaining and rotating stock as appropriate
• Head up and drive an enthusiastic sales team
• You will develop a good understanding of each fashion brand carried within the store
