RM Resources is a multi-channel provider with an annual turnover of approximately £120m. It specialises in curriculum and educational resources for schools and nurseries, with a strong presence both in the UK and internationally.

 

RM Resources has ambitious plans to accelerate business growth and strengthen its market leadership in the Education Sector through a digital first approach. Following a multi-million pound digital transformation project, a new Digital Product team is being stood up within the IT function to help accelerate business growth ambitions within the digital ecosystem. Working with Digital Product Managers, the Digital UX Lead will be integral to the design and development of great online products and interfaces for our customers.

 

Re porting into the Head of Digital Product, this is a key role in managing the direction of User Experience and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. The role requires a passion for user experience and working with stakeholders will focus on identifying the right solutions on projects across our digital channels to drive commercial value. Working collaboratively with the wider digital, and creative teams to develop new and evolve features of our customer facing platforms. The UX lead will thrive on doing the detailed work to identify and deliver new UX design ideas.
