A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client based in Dartford. They are a family run business expanding their HR team. We are looking for candidates who have a CIPD Level 5 or above.
The successful candidate will be given full training and the opportunity for genuine career progression.
JOB TITLE: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
LOCATION : Dartford
SALARY : £28K - £30K
TERM : Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate
HOURS : Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Support the recruitment process
- Responsible for sourcing high calibre candidates; researching and identifying the best channels of recruitment such as agencies, job boards, social media etc. considering the recruitment budget
- Carry out all the administration duties in the recruitment process such as logging application forms/cv's, organising recruitment timetables, arranging interviews, interview tests and distributing interview packs and shortlisting to interviewees/panels
- Ensure all new support staff receive induction in relation to HR matters and manage new staff induction processes
- Ensure notice arrangements are actioned and exit interviews are carried out
- Help to deal with all aspects of employment and staffing issues
- Monitor and assist in the management of staff procedures relating to sickness and other absence, staff who are leaving such that a planned approach is adopted in relation to staffing matters
- Provide advice, guidance, and support the SMT line-managers and members of staff on all personnel related issues
- Provide general support to the HR Manager
Our client is currently seeking a HR Assistant to support their team on a full-time basis, the ideal candidate would have previously experience working within HR. The successful candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager and supporting with general day to day HR admin.
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Minimum CIPD Level 3
- Proven experience in a HR role
- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
- Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
- Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
