The Opportunity

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter to join our well established Engineering team onsite at our Concrete Products Head Office in Hulland Ward, Derbyshire.

Covering a rotating AM/PM shift as outlined below;

Week 1: Monday-Friday 06:15-15:00

Week 2: Monday-Thursday 14:45-00:30

Onsite at Hulland Ward we produce concrete products such as paving stones and curbs for use in residential, commercial and industrial environments. Where you’ll, with the support of the large engineering function onsite, attend reactive and planned maintenance tasks to help keep our site operational.

You’ll also help with the ongoing development of our skilled operatives on site with basic maintenance tasks.

Who you are

You’ll have experience working within an industrial engineering environment.

You’ll ideally hold a Level 3 Mechanical qualification, however this is not essential as we’d consider your hands on experience just as valuable. 

You’ll have experience with fabrication techniques
