About Our Client
Our client is an established public sector organisation based in Spalding. Due to ongoing projects and increased workload, they are now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team on a long term temporary basis (to work until April 2025). The role is part time, circa 22-25 hours per week.
Job Description
- Manage and maintain retail contracts efficiently, updating any information and communication via a system
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure contract compliance
- Assist with the preparation of contract documents
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the procurement team with their administrative needs
- Ensure all contract details are accurately recorded and updated
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all contract information
- Assist with planning of customer events
- Assist in gathering and presenting data in a digestable format
- Minute taking during meetings
The Successful Applicant
A successful Contracts Administrator should:
- Be able to start a new role ASAP
- Live locally to Spalding
- Have experience in Administration/ Record keeping, able to demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Ideally experience of managing projects
- Be competent using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Be an excellent communicator, confident speaking to internal and external stakeholders
