Job Specification: Export Coordinator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £37,000 - £41,000

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Export Logistics Coordinator/ Customer Service Representative for a leading SPCC manufacturer. This position is pivotal in ensuring seamless order processing and logistical planning, supporting the sales team, and maintaining excellent customer relations. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in logistics systems Oracle, Salesforce and Excel, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems.
  • Strong teamwork skills with flexibility to meet customer requirements.
  • International outlook with understanding of cultural differences.
  • Effective management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with high energy level.

Experience & Education:

  • Significant experience in customer-facing administration roles.
  • Previous logistics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Good standard of general education, including English and Mathematics.
  • Experience with databases and ordering systems preferred.
  • Experience in international companies with European locations advantageous.
Working Relationships:
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Logistics Managers globally.
  • Work closely with colleagues in CSR roles.
  • Interact with Sales, Operations, Customers, Haulers, and Suppliers.
