This well-respected and friendly Wiltshire firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the busy team in Salisbury.

What will you do?
- Join a successful law firm, with two offices across Wiltshire, currently undergoing a significant period of investment in systems and working practices as they build for the future
- Manage a Residential Conveyancing caseload including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new build
- Work closely with the team to continue the growth of the work within the department
What do you need?
- Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Be familiar with online systems, such as those used for SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications
