Collaborating closely with the Cardiology Lead Nurse and the broader Cardiac Rehab team, you'll be the driving force behind the Cardiac Rehabilitation service at our St Helier site. Your mission: to establish optimal treatment and recovery pathways for cardiac patients, ensuring excellence across the entire care spectrum. THIS POST WILL BE CROSS SITE As the chosen candidate, you'll take charge of enhancing current services, adapting to the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Providing crucial clinical input, you'll guide patients referred to the service with a focus on achieving outstanding outcomes.
