Hooray are proud to be supporting a growing Multi Academy Trust to assist in the recruitment for a Headteacher to join one of their inclusive Academies on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Headteacher, you will:
• Approach managing behaviour in a fair and consistent manor, in line with the school's behaviour policy.
• Establish and oversee systems, processes, and policies, so the school can operate effectively.
• Meet fortnightly with the CEO and all members of the Leadership Team within the trust to collaborate together.
• Ensure staff have access to appropriate, high standard professional development opportunities which have been identified through the School Improvement Plan and the Performance Management process.
• Identify any problems and/or barriers to school effectiveness, and develop strategies for school improvement that are realistic.
To be successful as a Headteacher, you will:
• Be a strong, decisive leader who describes themselves as enthusiastic and driven who listens to and values others opinions.
• Have prior experience as a Headteacher/Deputy Head or equivalent Senior Leadership role.
• Hold the ability to analyse and monitor pupils assessment data to identify needs/ trends to promote an appropriate level of challenge.
• Understand how to create a shared, inclusive vision and strategic plan in partnership with school Governors, Trustees, and other stakeholders.
• Have the ability to lead school improvement, by inspiring others to boost their confidence, and enthusiasm.
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £68,400 (Actual salary) dependent on experience and qualifications relating to the role.
