Job description

To develop and drive the marketing activity in the digital space. The website of Carlisle Brass has seen incredible growth and development over recent year, we have consolidated our Carlisle Brass, Eurolite and Alexander & Wilks sites into a single, user-friendly platform. We are looking for a technically savvy, commercially drive and customer focused Digital Marketing Coordinator to maintain and further develop this momentum. If you have a passion in all things digital marketing, enjoy working with people at all levels and across departments, this role might well be for you.

Key responsibilities

Website management; including web page creation, data management and metadata optimisation.

Owning the responsibility of ensuring branding is correct, maintained and up to date on all Carlisle Brass digital space.

Delivering results by identifying and delivering new commercial opportunities for Carlisle Brass via our website.

Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM and email campaigns.

Creating and optimising content to drive traffic

Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies in line with overall marketing plan

Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages.

Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages

Utilising strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners.

Maintaining Product Attribute (PA) screen information.

Uploading data on our customer portal.

Maintaining our Product Information Management (PIM) data.

Generating csv files on an ad-hoc basis.

Evaluating and utilising emerging technologies.

Keeping up to date with legal issues regarding web publishing.

Skills Required

• Experience in using the Magento platform.• Ideally will hold demonstrable experience in ftp, smtp TCP/IP suite and other internet protocols (all or some).• Proven working experience in digital marketing.• The desire to provide customer service excellence is an essential requirement of the role.• Passionate about website traffic and digital marketing.• Demonstrable experience in managing SEO/SEM.• Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) management.• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.• Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.• Solid knowledge of website analytics e.g. Google Analytics.• Good working knowledge of platforms such as AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Exchange, LinkedIn Ads (all or some).• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.• Creative thinker.• Adaptable team player with a proactive mindset, demonstrating a readiness to go beyond designated responsibilities when the situation demands.
